Villa Savudria Lighthouse offers four bedrooms, one studio apartment, five bathrooms, a very bright living room together with a dining area and a big kitchen.
You will feel pure joy on a sunny terrace while having a barbecue with your friends. And if you feel hot, the house pool will take you to heavenly good temperatures.
In case of bad weather, we welcome you to try out a brand-new Finnish sauna or watch a big flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Villa offers a big sunny terrace with a swimming pool and outdoor kitchen – It’s time for some pool & BBQ! And don’t worry about the narrow streets in Istria, because your car will be safely parked inside the gate in front of the villa.

Savudria is a coastal settlement in northwestern Istria, Croatia and it has developed from a fishing village into a pleasant holiday centre. Savudria is also the name of the surrounding area in the peninsula. The 19th century Savudria Lighthouse is a distinctive local landmark; it is the oldest in Croatia and the oldest operational light of the Adriatic. The 29-metre-high lighthouse is also the most northerly in Croatia. Three kinds of wind meet here, so the area is popular with windsurfers.
Umag is a charming town with a very rich history. Its riviera is 20 km long where you can enjoy the long walks beside the sea and have a drink or two in the coastal bars. It is also well known for its marina and the international tennis centre which hosts the Croatian Open every July. While visiting, you will be able to lay on the beach or explore the old town. We suggest you visit Umag Town Museum, Marin Gallery and St Mary’s Church, take time to enjoy the architecture and narrow Istrian streets or enjoy the view while sipping coffee in one of the cafes along the way.
Kids, as well as yourself, will enjoy the clear blue sea, relaxing beaches Pineta Beach & Veli Jože which are located less than 500 m from the property.
Walking to the first grocery store will take you about 4 minutes. In case you want to visit bigger supermarkets, we suggest you drive to Umag (10 min away) where you will find several supermarkets like Konzum, Plodine, Kaufland and Spar.
While staying in our amazing Villa, you will be able to visit several interesting events, from concerts to sports activities such as Croatia Open Umag – ATP tennis tournament, Istria Granfondo – bike marathon, Wine cellars Open doors day, Sea Star Festival 2020 and many more.
Seaside always offers plenty of opportunities for hanging out with your friends, walk along romantic promenades next to the sea and music or dancing with a cocktail in your hands. In Savudria you can find smaller clubs and pubs which are amazing for chilling, but if you want to get a bit crazy, we advise you to visit Disco-Planet Umag or Paradise Beach Club. Have fun!
